Building websites with plr or private label rights material is completely different than building with reprint rights articles. When using PLR articles, you can completely rewrite the article to create unique content and therefore you will have a unique set of webpages. Reprint right's articles allow you to use the article without any alteration.....in this case you deal with the duplicate content issues.
